Common Questions
How long does a building permit application take?
Processing normally takes 15 to 30 working days from the date a complete application is received. Incomplete document sets are the most common cause of delay, so check the required documents list before submitting.
What documents do I need to apply for a building permit?
You will need proof of land ownership, a national identity document, architectural and structural drawings, and a site plan. All documents are uploaded as part of the online application.
Do you work outside Kigali?
Yes. We deliver projects across all provinces of Rwanda and have completed works in Bugesera, Musanze, Gicumbi, Huye and Rwamagana among others.
Can I hire a vehicle without a driver?
Yes. Vehicles can be hired with or without a driver. Self-drive hire requires a valid driving licence and a refundable deposit; the driver fee shown on each vehicle applies only if you choose to include one.
Are internships paid?
Internships include a monthly transport and lunch allowance. The exact amount is stated on each position listing, as it varies by placement length and location.
